WeBuild was born out of a passion for entrepreneurship and a knack for efficiency. Founded in 2017 to support the rapid growth of everbowl, we've evolved into a one-stop, turn-key powerhouse for brands aiming to make a significant impact, with absolute confidence that their brand is being represented in a consistent and high quality way.
Our initial mission was to remove the hassle of building new everbowl stores, but it wasn't just about construction… It starts much earlier than that, at the brand level, and stretches from conception of a store through to open. It was about understanding a brand's essence and crafting an environment where that brand could thrive. This ethos still fuels us.
We now have the pleasure of working with franchisees nationwide, and the emerging and established brands that empower them, on creating a harmonious and mutually beneficial experience where store builds and activations can happen faster, more efficiently, more cost effective, and with more consistent results.

Turn-Key offerings do not happen overnight. The WeBuild offering requires getting to know a brand, their growth plan, their real-estate strategies, brand components, franchisee trajectory, development issues, etc… As we do this, we craft a tailored offering that will work for the brand. We thrive when we turn-key, this means designing a comprehensive solution to store openings beginning with potential redesigns of brand elements through value-engineering and prototyping at one of our fabrication facilities, through to efficient Architecture/Engineering and permitting processes, and ending with full store construction and installation of all store elements and equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering construction with no change orders, so the price we give you is the price you’ll get.

What does it cost and what do you need from me?
At WeBuild, we are committed to delivering top-notch architectural and construction services tailored to the needs of Marco’s Pizza stores at highly competitive rates.
The pricing below would be indicative for a typical Marco’s Pizza, and is based on drawings we’ve reviewed that were provided by Marco’s. The figure includes allowances for electrical upgrades, plumbing changes, HVAC, and Fire systems. As we have the ability to examine more locations that are coming online, we hope to hone this offering even more and gain time and savings through economies of scale with the brand. The A&E portion of the package is a firm, fixed price for all Marco’s franchisees. The construction bidding portion we hold back until we have satisfied all jurisdictional requirements and received a clean permit to proceed. This is required to provide total transparency to you, the franchisee, and at this time the construction figure we provide is fixed with NO CHANGE ORDERS.
As we complete more builds with Marco’s, we’ll be able to confidently get you these construction figures much earlier in the process, and in fact, should we have sufficient information from the various jurisdictions from the pre-construction process for your site, we’ll be able to provide you with a turn-key bid PRIOR to signing a lease.
Phase 1 - Architecture & Engineering Package - $20,000
This phase begins with test-fits and formally wraps with the delivery of a fully permitted set of drawings, ready to build. This Phase includes, but is not limited to:
Pre-Lease Execution test fit with 3D renderings and Virtual Reality walk-throughs (if desired, and for sites with landlord delivered floorplan available)
Physical Site Survey
Full Matterport LIDAR scan of the entire space (Gen 2 or Gray shell delivered spaces only)
Full Construction Drawings with MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Permit submission with all necessary changes until permit is finalized (does not include permitting fees, but will be billed and passed through)
Phase 2 - Construction Package - $300,000*
*As mentioned above, this pricing is indicative based on a baseline set of plans we reviewed for Marco’s. Your site may vary depending on preexisting conditions. But as more information is collected we are looking to normalize the pricing tiers for all Marco’s pizza locations, and lock these based on pre-existing conditions.

Timelines
Test Fit: Delivered within 1 week of Phase 1 Engagement and delivery of landlord provided floorplan
Site Survey: Scheduled within 2 weeks from engagement with franchisee and post lease-execution
Construction Drawings with MEPs: Delivered within 4 weeks of site survey
Build-out: Turnover within 12 weeks of permit acceptance and contingent on jurisdictional inspection cooperation
Payment Terms
Phase 1 - A&E
$10,000 upon execution of proposal
$5,000 upon delivery of final set
$5,000 upon issuance of permit
Phase 2 - Construction
25% upon execution of Construction proposal
25% upon completion of mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins
25% upon drywall completion
25% upon delivery of Certificate of Occupancy
Total Turnover Time: 18-20 weeks from site survey (subject to cooperating building department)

Our Design service is all about bringing the Marco's identity to life. We not only handle site-surveys, but also layouts, architecture, engineering, MEP design, structural engineering and brand finishes.
We have been working with the Marco's team to craft a value engineered, scalable design, that is perfect for this scaling brand.

WeBuild's Fabrication service is dedicated to delivering high-quality, durable brand elements that will elevate your business, and expedite your installation. Our experienced craftsmen work with precision and care to create custom fixtures, signage, furniture, and more, ensuring a brand consistent look and feel across your location. By leveraging economies of scale, we're able to save you time and money, making it easier and quicker to achieve your desired goal compromising on quality.
All brand elements for Marco's will be fabricated in house, stocked, and ready for deployment to your site. We have taken great care to ensure that brand elements are scalable, and confident that they will work for your space.
We are on-demand, and all brand elements will be stored and ready for deployment at a moments notice. Should something get damaged during normal store operations, we'll be in a position to send you a replacement almost immediately.

Our Construction and Installation teams are ready to get you open. We handle everything from the permitting of your site, to procurement, to general contracting services.
Since we handle everything under one roof, there is nobody else you need to work with or manage.
